James Younge's father had formerly left a legacy of £10 in plate to the Company, part of which was lost in the fire; only one small bowl valued at £3 survived; he is making a request to the Court that they would dispose of that small piece of plate and put his father's coat-of-arms on the salver that was lately bought for the Company with the inscription 'Ex Dono Jacobi Younge 1638' and that he will pay the overplus above £10 of the cost of the salver being 40s.
